our arrival was so nice, with a warm greeting. john, from the reception team, helped. he gave us helpful directions to local spots. he was even our bartender, and he made our evenings better. the service made a difference.
the heating system lacked individual controls. during the early hours, it became too warm. i just wished for a way to adjust it myself, so i could set the perfect temperature in my room.

Fantastic stay near the park!

I stayed just one night but the WHOLE experience was great. Upon arrival, the reception service was super friendly and QUICK. The room was a Double Room. The walls displayed lots of cool pictures about the Beatles.
I experienced slight road noise from outside BUT it didn't affect my rest much.

my wedding celebration was perfect. i found the service really good, and i particularly appreciated that gluten-free options were available for my wife. aimee and julie are amazing, because they made sure everything went smoothly. returning for sunday roast sounds so lovely. i look forward to it.

The location was great because I attended a wedding at Palm House.
The hotel advertised a full english breakfast for £12.50, but I only got toast and tea. It cost me £25. Apparently, a cooked breakfast is unavailable if staying on a wednesday or thursday (such as i did).

THE staff were so lovely. i was welcomed from the minute i arrived. julie and joan went the extra mile, they are both wonderful assets. this hotel provide excellent service. the breakfast menu is great and flexible.

The location was convenient for exploring the area. It was close to public transport. free parking was a definite benefit, though the spaces were a bit tight. the staff were helpful with directions, especially john at reception. i liked having breakfast available each morning, it set me up well for the day.
the decor was a bit old fashioned and not to my taste.
